From 2009 to present modeled and analyzed municipal plumbing codes to include wasted energy and water. Designed high performance plumbing systems for residential and multi-family/multi-story structures. Invited speaker at two national ACEEE Water Forums and the 2011 international WaterSmart Conference. Contributor to 2011 ACEEE Emerging Hot WaterTechnologies and Practices for Energy Efficiency report. He is professionally accredited in rainwater harvesting by ARCSA and is an EPA WaterSense Certified Home Inspector.

Dave's previous experiences span more than 3 decades with the military and private sectors including 12 years of international living and work involving 26 countries. He developed a global social responsibility branding program for a multinational firm; did original work in off-balance sheet structured finance by securitizing agriculture commodities; developed a stochastic forecasting model for national crop planting decisions trading off customer satisfaction and inventory carryovers predictions while minimizing borrowing costs.

Dave has a BS in Wood Products Engineering from Syracuse University; MS in Operations Research/Systems Analysis from Georgia Tech; and, Graduate, Defense Systems Management College.
